I am a U.S. Army veteran with a lifelong passion for serving others. After spending over a decade in Information Technology and earning a Bachelor of Science in IT with a focus in project management from Strayer University, I realized my heart just wasn't in sitting behind a desk - it was in the kitchen. Over the years, I've worked in a range of restaurants, from local coastal favorites to high-volume resort kitchens, learning firsthand what it takes to create food that brings people together. I even helped a close friend achieve HIS dream of opening his own restaurant by helping build the restaurant and working in the kitchen for him at launch.
For me, food has always been about connection. Every Friday, my friends and I meet for our regular game night and it's brought me so much joy to be able to serve my friends the delicious food that I create. I decided that I wanted to share my food, not just with friends and family, but with the wonderful people in my local community. Here in the Willamette Valley, our goal is simple: create and serve the best burger in the valley - crafted with intention, packed with flavor, and made for the people who call this place home.
While building Mr. Wolfe’s Burger Company, I’ve stayed active in the community, meeting and talking with locals every day while providing ride-share services throughout the Willamette Valley. Those conversations have been incredibly encouraging - I’ve heard excitement, curiosity, and genuine enthusiasm for a new local burger spot. It’s been a great reminder that this restaurant isn’t just my dream, it’s something the community is already rallying around.

We cook our onions low and slow until they're rich, sweet, and packed with flavor - the kind that melts into every bite and makes you close your eyes for a second.
